Zhejiang Daily Digital Culture Group Co.,Ltd. announced a cash dividend of RMB 0.08 (tax included) for 2019 to all shareholders on the basis of 1,265,730,523 shares after excluding the 36,193,430 repurchased shares not participating in profit distribution from the total issued 1,301,923,953 shares by December 31, 2020. Record date is June 29, 2020. Ex-dividend date is June 30, 2020. Cash dividend payable date is June 30, 2020.
