Zelmer SA is a Poland-based manufacturer of the small domestic appliances. The range of the Company's offer encompasses vacuum cleaners; kitchen appliances, such as food processors, mixers, blenders, juice extractors, slicers, meat mincers, microvave ovens, steam cookers, espresso machines, toasters, among others; household appliances, such as air-purifiers, fans, steam irons, electric grills; personal care appliances, such as hair clippers, timmers, hair stylers, scales; as well as pots and pans. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated through 10 subsidiaries, Zelmer Market Sp. z o.o., Zelmer PRO Sp. z o.o., Zelmer Russia OOO, Zelmer Ukraina TBO, Zelmer Central Europe sro, Zelmer South Europe SRL and Zelmer Magyaroszag Kft, among others. As of April 18, the Company registered a new wholly owned subsidiary, Zelmer Kazachstan Sp. z o.o. In March 2013, BHS Sprzed Gospodarstwa Domowego Sp. z o.o. acquired a 97.78% stake in the Company.
