As of December 31, 2011, the Company's subsidiaries were Micra Metripond Kft, Elzab Soft Sp. z o.o. and Orhmet Sp. z o.o. As of February 29, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was COMP SA, holding a 62.87% stake in the capital.
