The Company operates through two business segments. The Civil Engineering Cement Products segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of secondary products for civil engineering concrete such as road products and landscape products, as well as the sale and construction of associated products and materials. The Building Cement Products segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of secondary products for building concrete such as precast concrete (PC) curtain walls and residential PC boards, as well as the sale and construction of associated products and materials. The Company is also involved in the real estate related businesses such as construction and sales of wooden houses, sale of real estate and development of residential lands, as well as the service businesses such as sale of cosmetics.
