A-Property Group acquired a 90.6% stake in Public Joint Stock Company Yakutsk Fuel and Energy Company for approximately $200 million.

Yakutskaya Toplivno-Energeticheskaya Kompaniya PAO (YATEK PAO), formerly Yakutskaya Toplivno-Energeticheskaya Kompaniya OAO, is a Russia-based company, which is involved in the extraction of natural gas and gas condensate. The Company’s activities comprise the extraction, processing and sale of gas and engine fuels. YATEK PAO is also involved in the provision of geological survey services. The Company provides activity in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). A wide range of YATEK PAO products are supplied to the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District, as well as for export to the countries of East Asia.
