Certain Shares of Yakult Honsha Co.,Ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 9-SEP-2018. These Shares will be under lockup for 180 days starting from 13-MAR-2018 to 9-SEP-2018.

The seller, Danone Probiotics Pte. Ltd agreed to not dispose off any securities in the company leave for the offer share for a period of 180 days from the date of settlement of the shares being issued pursuant to the transaction.
