Xuan Wu Cloud Technology Holdings Ltd is a China-based investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of comprehensive intelligent customer relationship management (CRM) services. The Company operates primarily through two segments. The CRM Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Services segment mainly provides cPaaS services, which encapsulate the information communication capabilities of the three major telecommunication network operators so that customers can access and use the communication capabilities as a service. The CRM Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Services segment provides marketing cloud, sales cloud and service cloud services. Its services are mainly used in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), finance, technology, media and communications (TMT), as well as government and enterprise industries.
