Certain A Shares of Xinyaqiang Silicon Chemistry Co.,Ltd are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 1-SEP-2023. These A Shares will be under lockup for 1104 days starting from 23-AUG-2020 to 1-SEP-2023.

The Company?s holding shareholder Chu Lin, actual controllers Chu Yajun, Chu Lin, Chu Yaxian, and shareholder Suqian Yaqiang Zhiying Business Management Center (Limited Partnership) promised not to not transfer or entrust to a third party the Company?s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the issuance, or allow the company to repurchase those shares within 36 months from the listing date. If within 6 months after the listing, the closing price of the shares is lower than the issuance price for 20 consecutive trading days or if the trading price is lower than the issuance price 6 months after listing, the lock-up period will be automatically extended for another 6 months.
The Company?s shareholders Hongta Innovation (Kunshan) Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and HongTa Innovation Partners Co., Ltd., senior management who are indirect shareholders Xu Hongyu, Sang Xiushen, Liu Chunshan, and Song Na, and supervisors who are indirect shareholders Li Zhigang and Wang Hongbo committed promised not to transfer or entrust to a third party the Company?s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the issuance, or allow the company to repurchase those shares within 36 months from the listing date.

The Companyâs main products include two major product categories: silicone functional additives with hexamethyldisilazane as the core and phenylchlorosilane. Silicone functional additives are widely used in the fields of new organic silicon materials, pharmaceuticals, electronic chemistry, etc.; phenylchlorosilane is the basic raw material for the synthesis of downstream phenyl series application materials.
