The board ("Board") of directors ("Directors") of Xingfa Aluminium Holdings Limited ("Company") hereby announces that as informed by the Company's principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands ("Principal Share Registrar and Transfer Office"), its name has changed from "SMP Partners (Cayman) Limited" to "Suntera (Cayman) Limited" with effect from 4 September 2020.

The address of the Principal Share Registrar and Transfer office remains unchanged.

The Company's branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong is still maintained by Tricor Investor Services Limited at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
