Tim Adams, future VP and Chief Financial Officer, said, "When it comes to acquisitions, we continue to actively monitor all opportunities in order to find the targets that fit our strategy. If and when we pursue an acquisition, the target should have a clear strategic rationale, strong synergies as well as meet our investment criteria".
