(Reuters) - Italian construction group Webuild said on Wednesday it had booked in orders worth 5.5 billion euros ($5.88 billion)since the beginning of the year, mostly from foreign markets such as Canada, the United States and Saudi Arabia.

The group said the year-to-date intake was about 50% of its 2024 backlog target, while its commercial pipeline stood at over 70 billion euros.

Webuild confirmed its full-year outlook of revenues over 11 billion euros, core earnings (EBITDA) over 900 million euros and net cash of more than 400 million euros.
