Wealth Bay Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:WBY) announced a private placement of 125,000 series F shares at PLN 20 per share for gross proceeds of PLN 2,500,000 on November 26, 2014. After the completion of the transaction, the capital of the company will increase to PLN 15,000,000.
