Wal-Mart Stores could regain its upward trend after the recent consolidation.

According to Surperformance ratings, the group has strong fundamentals and take advantage of its capacity to maintain a good momentum on the activity. Based on current prices, the company is valued at 0.63 times its sales. The P/E ratio also underline a good potential and the low valuation of the company on the stock exchange.

Graphically, buyer flows are reduced. If the trend is now bearish in the short term, profit taking is reducing around the USD 77.15 support. This consolidation does not affect the upward trend in the medium and long term and therefore a reversal is anticipated.

The USD 77.15 area could be a basis for a purchase to target USD 81.2. A stop loss will be fixed below the entry point to limit the risk.
