Wallenstam's property Stampen 5:6, located next door to Gothenburg Central Station, the Garden Society of Gothenburg (Trädgårdsföreningen) and Gothenburg's new event district, has gained both a new look and increased energy efficiency through a comprehensive reconstruction and extension. With a champagne-colored façade, new windows, a high-gloss black Dekton surface and a glazed 1.5-floor extension, the property is positioned in the area as an ultra-modern premium office building. On March 1, Convendum will open its second Gothenburg unit in the top three floors of the property.

Apart from an external transformation, major changes have also been made internally involving new entrances, foyers and elevators. In total, the property has been expanded by 2,000 square meters.

"A really wonderful transformation has occurred through the reconstruction and extension work at Stampen. It is an ultra-modern office building, which in connection with the reconstruction has also become more energy efficient, with solar cells on the roof, for example. We have also added nice, new office space with fantastic views where we now welcome Convendum with its second establishment in Gothenburg," says Marina Fritsche, Regional Director Gothenburg and Vice CEO of Wallenstam.

On the roof of the property, 352 solar panels have been installed to help ensure a climate-smart everyday life for the commercial tenants. The new solar panels are expected to have an annual output of 132 MWh.

Stampen is located right in the center of Gothenburg, close to the Central Station and the inner city's range of cafés, restaurants and shopping options. Aside from Convendum, larger tenants in the property include Arbetsförmedlingen, Sportrehab, Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud and Xamera, representing a fine mix of businesses and activities within the areas of health, wellbeing, development and recruitment.
