Voltas Limited. announced that the Board of Directors of the company have appointed Ms. Anjali Bansal as an Additional Director and also as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from March 9, 2015, subject To Approve the shareholders. Ms. Anjali Bansal is the Managing Director of Spencer Stuart India Private Limited, co-leads the firm's Asia Pacific Board & CEO practice and is a part of the Asia Pacific leadership team.

Ms. Anjali Bansal presently is on the Board of GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited, Bata India Limited and Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
