Victory City International Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Leung Kim Hung as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Each of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee

Victory City International Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Leung Kim Hung (“Mr. Leung”) has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director with effect from 31 July 2021. Following the resignation of Mr. Leung as an independent non-executive director, he ceased to be the chairman of each of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee, and ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
