At the last Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, the company made a new change in its corporate governance, marked by the departure of two of its emblematic directors, Mariano Fontecilla and Andrés Larraín.

At the recent Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, held on April 25, 2023, Alfonso Larraín Santa María (Chairman), Rafael Guilisasti Gana (Vice Chairman), Pablo Guilisasti Gana, Felipe Larraín Vial, Rafael Marín Jordán, Janet Awad Pérez and Blanca Bustamante Bravo were elected as directors for a new term.

Felipe Larraín joined the company in 1989 as export manager in charge of Latin America and the Caribbean, a position he held until 1998. Then, until 2019, he was CEO of Almaviva. Subsequently, in 2020, he joined Almaviva's Board of Directors. He is also a director of Frutícola Viconto and Viñedos Emiliana.

Blanca Bustamante has an extensive executive career, mainly in Viña Concha y Toro where she worked in various areas with emphasis on financial analysis, investor and institutional relations, strategic communication and ESG matters. Among his responsibilities, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Viña Concha y Toro's Center for Research and Innovation.

After the vote, Alfonso Larraín highlighted and thanked Mariano Fontecilla and Andrés Larraín for their extensive careers at Viña Concha y Toro. Mariano Fontecilla is a lawyer and career diplomat. His first experience as a director was in 1949 and he has been a director since 1995 to date. Throughout his career he has been Chile's ambassador to various European countries. Andrés Larraín joined the company in 1971. At Concha y Toro, he served as Agricultural Manager between 1978 and 2017 and took over as director that same year.
