UTair Aviation has implemented a new payment service offering passengers to pay for tickets on UTair flights by phone.

In addition to booking flights and finding flight information, passengers now can also call the UTair helpdesk at 8-800-243-00-88 within Russia to make card payments via an intelligent voice system.

After booking is complete, call center operators will now offer callers the option to complete ticket payment via a secure phone channel. To complete the purchase, passengers need only follow the automatic voice commands and enter their card number. The itinerary receipt and purchase confirmation will be sent to the caller's e-mail. The new option enables passengers to make a quick payment over the phone with secure processing through encrypted protocol that fully guarantees the safety of the caller's card information.

'The introduction of this new payment option signals yet another step towards the development of an integrated program of electronic services at UTair Aviation,' said UTair - Passenger Airline President Alexey Budnik. 'I am confident that this service will be popular among our passengers and will significantly simplify ticket purchases when internet access is not available.'

UTair tickets are also available for purchase at the airline's site www.utair.ru, via the UTair mobile app or at select UTair booking agents. Tickets booked online from the UTair website can be paid for with cash at the Evroset and Svyaznoy retail outlets, as well as with bank card at Gazprombank ATMs.
