UTair Aviation has improved its I Choose Comfortin-flight service with new options. The service is now available on all scheduled UTair flights to more than 100 destinations during this Autumn-Winter season.

The I Choose Comfortservice caters to passengers who prefer traveling in economy class but want to have additional space aboard the flight. The I Choose Comfortservice provides passengers with options for selecting a seat with additional leg room or booking one or more adjoining seats.

Seats located next to emergency exits and in the first row of economy class can now be selected and secured by payment at check-in desk in the airport of departure or during online check-in at www.utair.ru. This I Choose Comfortservice option is available for an additional 990 ruble service fee on all flights with a duration 3 hours or less and a 1490* ruble service fee on all other flights.

Additionally, passengers can book one or more adjacent seats to guarantee more personal space in the aircraft at any airport within the UTair network. The option is available for a 590 ruble service fee on all flights with duration of 3 hours or less and a 990* ruble service fee on all other flights. UTair mobile apps also provide check-in options for flights, opportunities to monitor order status, find general information and contact information of UTair representative offices.

*Price for one-way flights, seats are limited. Services can be purchased together at their combined price. Service terms may vary depending on the aircraft type. Cabin seating may be altered for flight safety purposes. VIP (Gold) Status card owners are entitled for one of the service options free of charge on each flight segment upon presenting their Status card at the check-in desk.
