U.S. Bancorp named the former chief executive of Northwestern Mutual's Wealth Management Division as the CEO of three entities within the bank's wealth management division. Evamarie Schoenborn, who will be based in Minneapolis, started in the position on June 30, according to a news release. She will oversee U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc., UnionBanc Investment Services and PFM Fund Distributors. The role is an expansion of one that existed before, according to the bank.

She replaced Ken Cameranesi, who retired in July and was the CEO of USBI and PFM Fund Distributors. Before joining U.S. Bank, Schoenborn was the CEO of Milwaukee-based Northwestern Mutual's Wealth Management Division. She was named to that role in 2019 and had previously served as the president of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services.

On LinkedIn, Schoenborn indicates she left her role as president of the division in April of 2022. Before that, she spent 20 years at Ameriprise in various roles, including vice president and general manager within its Wealth Management division. She has a bachelor's degree and an MBA from St.

Cloud State University, according to the announcement.
