URB Investments Limited is an investment company. The Company's investment objective is to capture long-term value by investing in a portfolio of equity assets and direct property assets with exposure to urban renewal and regeneration and to maximize total shareholder return through a combination of capital and income growth, with the aim of allowing fully franked dividends to be paid to shareholders. The Company's focus on urban renewal and regeneration investments provides an opportunity for diversification and growth of an investor's portfolio. The Company's investment portfolio will consist of equities listed on Australian Securities Exchange Ltd (ASX), direct Australian properties, and cash and cash equivalents awaiting investment. At least 50% of the investment portfolio will be invested in equity portfolio and 30%-40% of the investment portfolio will be invested in the property portfolio. The Company's investment manager is Contact Asset Management Pty Limited.
