Unionman Technology Co.,Ltd. announced a private placement of A shares for gross proceeds of not more than CNY 250,000,000 on July 17, 2023. The transaction has been approved at the 9th meeting of the 5th directorate and the 8th meeting of the 5th supervisory board.

The Company's main businesses are the research, development, production, sales and service of home multimedia information terminals, smart home network communication equipment, Internet of Things communication modules, optical communication modules, smart security equipment and related software systems and platforms.
