From July 5, 2018 to September 30, 2018, the company has repurchased 151,679 shares, representing 1.07% for KRW 449.4 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 151,679 shares, representing 1.07% for KRW 449.4 million under the buyback announced on July 5, 2018.
UNION COMMUNITY CO.,LTD. is principally engaged in the research and development (R&D), production and sale of fingerprint recognition access control systems. The Companyâs main products portfolio consists of fingerprint terminals, radio frequency (RF)/smart card terminals, people count systems, fingerprint door locks, fingerprint universal serial bus (USB) readers, fingerprint original equipment manufacturing (OEM) modules, fingerprint recognition software, as well as full high definition (HD) recorders, among others.
