The Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee have approved the appointment of Mr. Ravneet Singh Gill as an Additional
Director (Non-Executive) of the Company with effect from 29th December 2021. Mr. Gill is also appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of five years with effect from 29th December 2021, not liable to retire by rotation, subject To Approve the Shareholders. Date of appointment: 29th December 2021. Term of appointment: Appointed as an Independent Director for a term of five years from the aforesaid date. Mr. Gill has served as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Yes Bank during 2019 /2020. Prior to joining Yes Bank, Mr. Gill was the Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank in India and was also a member of Deutsche Bank AG's Asia Pacific Executive Committee since July 2012. He has approximately 35 years of extensive banking experience across structured financing, foreign exchange, transaction banking, risk management and private banking. He holds a Masters degree from Hindu College, Delhi University. The Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee have approved the appointment of Mr. Hema Ravichandar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) of the Company with effect from 29th December 2021. Ms. Ravichandar is also appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of five years with effect from 29th December 2021, not liable to retire by rotation, subject To Approve the Shareholders. Ms. Ravichandar is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Strategic HR Advisor with over 30 years of industry experience advising several Indian and multinational corporations and is on the Board of several companies. Ms. Ravichandar until 2005 was the Senior Vice-President and Global Head of Human Resources for Infosys Technologies Limited.
