TreeHouse Foods, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the Second quarter of the fiscal year 2024. Second quarter net sales are expected in a range of $770 to $800 million, down approximately 2% at the midpoint. Organic volume and mix are expected to be down low-single digits. Pricing is also expected to be down low-single digits. The Company expects a low-single digit positive impact to volume and mix benefit from the recently completed acquisitions.
The company reaffirmed its previously-issued full year 2024 guidance. Net sales are expected in the range of $3.43 to $3.50 billion, which represents growth of approximately 0% to 2% year-over-year. Organic volume and mix are expected to be slightly positive for the year, offset by modest, targeted deflationary pricing.
