TQM Corporation Public Company Limited (the "Offeror") has made the mandatory tender offer for all of the remaining securities of TQR Public Company Limited ("TQR" or the "Business") with the tender offer period of 25 business days from 10 May 2022 to 15 June 2022
According to the Notification of Capital Market Supervisory Board No. TorJor. 12/2554 Re: Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the Acquisition of Securities for Business Takeover dated 13 May 2011 (as amended), the Offeror would like to submit the Report on Preliminary Result of the Tender Offer of TQR Public Company Limited (Form 247 -6-Khor) to the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Stock Exchange of Thailand, which shall be used for your reference on this tender offer, details are appeared in the Enclosure.
