The Board of Directors of The Korea Fund, Inc. announced they have declared a net investment income dividend of $0.5255 per share, payable on January 11, 2021, to stockholders of record on December 28, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of December 24, 2020.
The Korea Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to seek long-term capital appreciation through investment in securities, primarily equity securities, of Korean companies. The Fund Primarily invests in equity securities listed on the Korea Stock Exchange.
