THE HOUR GLASS LIMITED
The Hour Glass Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Kuah Boon Wee as Lead Independent Director of the company with effect from 17 July 2013.
Mr. Kuah, who joined the Board of Directors of the company on 1 April 2011 as an independent non-executive Director, is the incumbent Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
