On 25 May 2021 Thai Reinsurance Public Company Limited ( "Company") has notified about the shareholding restructure of its subsidiaries and on 23 February 2022 informing the plan to list EMCS Thai Company Limited ( "EMCS" ), a subsidiary of the Company on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) (Spin-off Plan). The Company would like to inform that EMCS has been transformed into a public company limited. In addition EMCS and its subsidiaries have already changed the company name with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on 1 July 2022 according to the details below.

EMCS Thai Co.,Ltd. has transformed into public company and changed the name to
BlueVenture Group Public Company Limited. - Subsidiries have changed the names to be as follows:

Change to : | BlueVenture TPA Co.,Ltd. | |
(2) | Existing name : | Thaire Acturial Consulting Co.,Ltd. |
Change to : | BlueVenture Acturial Co.,Ltd. | |

Change to : | BlueVenture Tech Co.,Ltd. |
