Tata Steel Limited announced that as per the terms of appointment, Ms. Mallika Srinivasan (DIN: 00037022), on May 20, 2022 completes her second term as Independent Director of Tata Steel Limited (`the Company') and accordingly ceases to be an Independent Director of the Company.
