Chen Zhenghua signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 5.1% stake in Suzhou Kelida Building& Decoration Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:603828) from Suzhou Kelida Group Co., Ltd., for approximately CNY 140 million on January 7, 2020. Chen Zhenghua will acquire around 28.2 million shares for CNY 4.84 per share. The transfer still needs to apply to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for an agreement transfer review and to the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited for share transfer registration.
Chen Zhenghua completed the acquisition of acquire 5.1% stake in Suzhou Kelida Building& Decoration Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:603828) from Suzhou Kelida Group Co., Ltd. on January 22, 2020. Suzhou Kelida Group Co., Ltd. has completed the transfer registration procedures for the transaction. Post completion, Suzhou Kelida Group Co., Ltd. hold 181.68 million shares representing 32.83% stake of Suzhou Kelida Building& Decoration Co.,Ltd.
