Olderfleet, 477 Collins Street Awarded Winner at the

World Architecture Festival for

Office - Completed Buildings Category

Singapore, 6 December 2021 - Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (Suntec REIT) is pleased to announce that the iconic Olderfleet, 477 Collins Street in Melbourne, Australia, has won the prestigious World Architecture Festival (WAF) 2021 Awards for Office - Completed Buildings category. The WAF drew 733 entries with 19 projects shortlisted for the Office - Completed Buildings category.

Currently in its thirteen year, the WAF is the world's largest festival and live awards competition dedicated to celebrating and sharing architectural excellence from across the globe.

Mr. Chong Kee Hiong, Chief Executive Officer of the Manager, said, "We are honoured that Olderfleet was internationally recognised by architects and industry professionals and awarded winner in the Office - Completed Buildings category. We congratulate Mirvac, our joint venture partner and Grimshaw Architects in curating this wonderful ecosystem that successfully married the past, present and future at Olderfleet".

Designed by Grimshaw Architects, the development harmoniously integrates a 40-storey modern commercial tower with three of Melbourne's significant heritage buildings - the Olderfleet buildings, that were constructed between 1887 and 1889. A 25-metre high atrium with a light-filled lobby now sits between these three buildings and the new tower, creating not just a linkage between modernity and heritage, but also serves as a valuable third space for the community.

In addition, Olderfleet provides tenants with a technology-enabled,sustainability-focused workplace with amenities that complete a 'work, live, play' lifestyle such as hotel style end-

of-trip facilities, a concierge, business lounge, flexible space options, childcare facilities, a boutique fitness studio and a well-curated range of food and beverage options.

Located along Melbourne's most prestigious commercial address, the premium grade office building has a net lettable area of 58,000 sqm and was completed in July 2020. The development is targeting to achieve 6 Star Green Star rating, 5 Star NABERS Energy rating as well as International WELL Platinum rating for Core & Shell.
