Streaks AI PLC announced that it is entering into a partnership with WeShop, a community owned social commerce platform that combines shopping with social media and has a network of over 1,300 influencers with a combined reach of over 50 million followers. As a result of the partnership, Streaks will utilise its conversational AI technology to enhance the WeShop platform by providing shoppers with enhanced and personalised customer services using AI-powered chatbots modeled after the platform's 1,300 influencers. The generative AI provided by Streaks will deliver a human-like, intuitive conversational interface for shoppers seeking in-platform assistance including addressing queries, resolving issues, or receiving product information.

The automation and personalisation of WeShop's online customer services will deliver increased operational efficiency for WeShop while being scalable. In addition to enhancing customer services, Streaks will also enable WeShop's network of 1,300 influencers to improve their brand advocacy and increase their reach amongst followers. Streaks will harness their existing social media content and data to generate AI-clone interactive chatbots that amplify their customer presence.

The partnership will generate revenues for Streaks via influencer's followers subscribing for access to their individualised chatbot. WeShop will share in this revenue as part of the partnership while providing distribution to their network. WeShop will also gain access to Streaks' data analytics platform giving WeShop clarity on consumer trends and insights.

The WeShop app lists over 500 major retailers on the platform and has over 1.5 billion products available. Tennyson Securities acted as advisor to Streaks AI in the partnership negotiations.
