SPARTAN RESOURCES LIMITED Gascoyne Resources Limited announced the appointment of Mr. John Hodder as a Non-Executive Director to the Board, effective immediately. The appointment of Mr. Hodder to the Board to fill a casual vacancy follows the recent approval by shareholders to convert Tranche A of the Tembo Capital debt facility to equity, resulting in Tembo Capital now being Gascoyne's shareholder, holding approximately 18.6% of the shares currently on issue. Mr. Hodder has over 30 years' experience in the mining industry, funds management and private equity sectors, most recently with Tembo Capital.
He brings a wealth of listed company experience to Gascoyne, having served as a Non-Executive Director on a number of private and ASX-listed company boards. Mr. Hodder currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Strandline Resources Ltd. and Genmin Ltd.
