South Shore Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Ms Lam Yan Fong, Flora as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee and A Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company

South Shore Holdings Limited announced that it has received a resignation letter from Ms Lam Yan Fong, Flora who tendered her resignation as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 2 September 2021 in order to devote more time to her personal commitments. Accordingly, with effect from 2 September 2021, Ms Lam ceased to be the chairman of the corporate governance committee of the Company and a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Company.
