He has overseen the design, development, and deployment of thousands of promotional programs as well as Enterprise Software during his tenure. Throughout his career Wayne has demonstrated a history of building a variety of full stack engineering teams, improved productivity, efficiency, morale of the staff, and shipped high quality Enterprise and Consumer facing products.
