Smiths News plc Proposes Interim Dividend for 26 Weeks to 24 February 2024, Payable on 4 July 2024

Smiths News plc Board is proposing an interim dividend of 1.75 pence per share for 26 weeks to 24 February 2024 (Half Year 2023: 1.40 pence per share). The proposed dividend will be paid on 4 July 2024 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 7 June 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 6 June 2024.
