Pierce joined SmartBank in 2009 and has over 14 years of experience in the banking industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language and World Business with a concentration in Spanish from the University of Tennessee. She currently sits on the Board for the Girls & Boys Club of the Smoky Mountains where she has recently been awarded a Volunteer Service Award as well as a National Service to Youth Award by The Boys & Girls Club of America.
