The board of directors of Skyworth Digital Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Chan Wai Kay, Katherine has tendered her resignation as an executive director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2016. Upon Ms. Katherine Chan's resignation, she will also cease to act as an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Authorised Representative) and a member of the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 1 October 2016. The Board further announced that Ms. Lin Wei Ping, an executive director of the Company, will be appointed as an Authorised Representative and a member of the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 1 October 2016 to take the place of Ms. Katherine Chan.

The Smart System Technology Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of home access systems, intelligent manufacturing, automotive electronic systems, lighting products, security systems and other electronic products. The New Energy Business segment is engaged in the sales and installation of distributed photovoltaic power stations for residential use in the client retail sector in the China market. The Smart Appliances Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of smart white goods, smart air conditioners, smart refrigerators, smart kitchen appliances and others.
