The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of SIIC ENVIRONMENT HOLDINGS LTD.

("SIIC Environment" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to

announce that:

(A)Change of legal representative of principal subsidiary, Longjiang Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.

The legal representative of the Company's indirect 57.9687% owned subsidiary has changed:

The registration formalities for the change of legal representation with the relevant regulatory bodies were completed and took effect on 6 July 2021.

1. Signs Upgrading and Tariff Increasing Agreements for 103,000-tonne Projects in Zhejiang Province

The Group is pleased to announce today that it has signed an upgrading and tariff increasing agreement for a 3,000-tonne project and an operational standard-raising agreement for a 100,000-tonne project in Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China.

Yuyao City Preserved Pickle Pre-Process Treatment Project signed upgrading and tariff

increasing agreement

The Company's indirect 92.15% owned subsidiary, Fudan Water Engineering and Technology Co., Ltd. ("Fudan Water") has signed a supplementary agreement with Yuyao Urban Drainage Co., Ltd., regarding Yuyao City Preserved Pickle Preprocess Treatment Project ("Preserved Pickle Project"). Preserved Pickle Project has a designed capacity of 3,000 tonnes per day. The pre-treated water from the project will be discharged into Yuyao City (Xiaocao'e) Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ("WWTP"), where it will be further treated to satisfy Class I Standard A. The following are the specifics of the agreement:

• The discharge standard of the Preserved Pickle Project will be upgraded from pre-treatment standards to Class III;
• The water tariff will increase from RMB2.5 per tonne to RMB12.8 per tonne.

100,000 -tonne Cixi North Plant Project raised operational standards

Fudan Water and its subsidiary, Cixi Shanshui Water Treatment Management Service Co., Ltd., have signed two supplementary agreements with Cixi City Drainage Co., Ltd., regarding Cixi City North WWTP and Artificial Wetland O&M Project ("Cixi North Plant Project"). The Cixi North Plant Project has a designed capacity of 100,000 tonnes per day. The following are the specifics of the agreement:

• The discharge standard of Cixi North Plant Project has been raised from Class I Standard A to Zhejiang Province clean discharge standard. The Cixi North Plant Project will be operated in compliance with the latest standard during the O&M contract period.
• The water tariff will be adjusted from RMB0.739 per tonne to a basic charge of RMB211,000 per month plus RMB0.629 per tonne.

The above mentioned projects are expected to contribute positively to the Group's performance going forward.
