Shenzhen Aisidi Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002416) signed an agreement to acquire 51% stake in Shenzhen Aibaba Network Technology Co., Ltd for CNY 51 million on September 18, 2020. Shenzhen Aisidi will hold 90% stake in Shenzhen Aibaba Network Technology after the acquisition. The financials of Shenzhen Aibaba Network Technology as August 30, 2020, are total assets of CNY 100 million and net assets of CNY 99.86 million. The transaction is approved by the Board of Directors of Shenzhen Aisidi Co., Ltd. The transaction is subject to approval of Shenzhen Aisidi Co., Ltd.
