CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the interim result announcement made by Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (the "Company") dated 26 August 2020 and the announcement dated 9 September 2020 (the "First Announcement"), the Company would like to make the following clarifications to supersede the First Announcement.
