2. The Board has recommended dividend of Rs. 2/- Per Equity Shares of face value of

Rs. L0/- each (i.e. 20o/o) for the year ended 31$ March 2022, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
