Company actual controller couple Zhang Yinchuan, Gu Meijuan, shareholders holding more than 5%, namely, Jiashan Shunfei Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd., Jiashan Tengfei Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd and relatives of actual controllers Zhou Yinchun, Gu Meijuan, namely, Zhou Caiqin, Wang Wenbiao, Gu Aiming, Zhang Yuegang this person committed that within 36 months from the listing date of the company's shares, will not transfer nor entrust to a third party shares directly or indirectly held in the company prior to this issuance, nor allow the company to repurchase the said shares.
Other shareholders Foshan Dachen Chuangyin Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership), Zhejiang Zhechuang Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), directors, supervisor, senior management personnel Fu Zhilin, Shen Chizheng, Hu Zhigang, Fu Sijin, Dan Yayuan, Fu Zhonghong, Shan Xueqiong, Gu Xinqiang, Yuan Xiangfei and existing deputy general manager Zhou Jinhong this companies committed that within 12 months from the listing date of the company's shares, will not transfer nor entrust to a third party shares held in the company prior to this issuance, nor allow the company to repurchase the said shares.
