Biotech company Sensorion has announced the appointment of Khalil Barrage as interim Chairman of the Board, succeeding Scott Myers, who has informed the company that he is stepping down from the Board in order to devote himself to his other commitments.

Khalil Barrage has been a member of Sensorion's Board of Directors for over three years, and has lent his support to various fund-raising initiatives and his expertise to the company's specialization in gene therapy.

For almost twenty years, he has been Managing Director of the Invus Group, one of Sensorion's main shareholders. The company has initiated a search for a new Chairman and will inform the market in due course.
