Background/Description of the Disclosure

Highlights of the Press Release :

Security Bank raised PHP16 billion worth of bonds at 3.7407% per annum, with a tenor of 1.5 years. Due to strong demand for the bonds, the Bank exercised its oversubscription option and accepted offers above the initially announced PHP1 billion issue size. The bonds were listed today at the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (PDEx) to provide secondary market liquidity to investors who would like to trade the instruments.
