Samart Telcoms Public : Receiving of announcement as the tender winner and contract signing

Please be notified that Samart Telecoms PCL ("The Company") and Potalnet Co., Ltd. (The Subsidiary), a subsidiary with 99.99 percent a wholly owned subsidiary, had two projects awarded with total value of 625.95 million baht as follows:

1. Samart Telcoms PCL has been announced as the tender winner of the rental of branch computer equipment by Government Savings Bank ("the Bank") on 5 July 2022, with the subject of the announcement of the tender winner for the rental of branch computer equipment that the Company was selected as the tender winner with the lowest price proposed at 416.12 million baht (including VAT). The Company will have a contract signed with the Bank after receiving an invitation letter to sign the contract from the Bank.
2. PNAT Consortium comprising the Subsidiary and Advanced Information Technology PCL with the proportion of 80:20, has signed the contract with Metropolitan Waterworks Authority, on 30 June 2022, for Enterprise Resource Planning System Development - SAP System Upgrade Project with the total contract value of 262.28 million baht (VAT included). The contract portion for the Subsidiary values 209.83 million baht (VAT included). The project must be completed within 540 days from the next day after the contract signing date. The project's full amount of payment is divided into 5 payments based on work progress.
