Samaiden Group Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiary, Samaiden Sdn. Bhd., is a renewable energy (RE) solution provider, which is principally involved in engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and power plants. The Company is engaged in the sale of electricity generated through own solar photovoltaic facility. The Company's other business activities include the provision of RE and environmental consulting services, as well as operation and maintenance (O&M) services. Its environmental consultancy services include environmental site assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental management plan. Its O&M services include site monitoring, reporting, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, warranty management and various others. The Company's subsidiaries include Samaiden Sdn. Bhd., and Samaiden Consultancy Sdn. Bhd., among others.
