Saga Communications, Inc. Appoints Warren S. Lada as Chief Operating Officer

Saga Communications, Inc. announced that Warren S. Lada was appointed to Chief Operating Officer, effective March 2, 2016. Mr. Lada, age 61, previously was Executive Vice President, Operations of the company since March 2012, and prior to that, was Senior Vice President, Operations of the company from 2000 to 2012. There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Lada and any other persons pursuant to which Mr. Lada was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the company.
There are no family relationships between Mr. Lada and any of the company's directors or executive officers.
Saga Communications, Inc. is a media company engaged in acquiring, developing, and operating broadcast properties with a focus on opportunities complimentary to its core radio business, including digital, e-commerce and non-traditional revenue initiatives. The Company owns or operates broadcast properties in about 27 markets, including 79 frequency modulation (FM), 31 amplitude modulation (AM radio stations and 78 metro signals. The radio stations that it owns and/or operates employ a variety of programming formats, including Classic Hits, Country, Classic Country, Hot/Soft/Urban Adult Contemporary, Oldies, Classic Rock, Rock, and News/Talk.
