1. I express my consent for the processing, by SNTGN Transgaz SA, of the following personal data:

2. The other personal data contained in the CV I submit, in support of the undersigned's candidacy for the position of interim administrator of SNTGN Transgaz SA.

The consent for the processing of the personal data under point I is expressed in order to complete the publicity formalities related to the undersigned's candidacy for the position of provisional director of SNTGN Transgaz SA and, as appropriate, to the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the cope of which is the selection of the interim administrators of SNTGN Transgaz SA.

1. The consent for the processing of the personal data referred to at point II is expressed in order for the following processing operations to be carried out:

1. the publication of the candidacy, as well as of the CV, on the company's website at (www.transgaz.ro), the link Investor Relations / General Meeting of Shareholders / Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, both in Romanian and in English;
2. if I am appointed interim administrator of SNTGN Transgaz SA, the transmission / publication of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated _____, to / by the Official Gazette of Romania, Part IV, on the website of SNTGN Transgaz SA, to / on the website of BSE and to / on the webpage of other institutions according to the applicable laws.
